With these words, carefree high school student Saburou finds himself unceremoniously thrown back into the Sengoku Era in time, landing directly in front of legendary general Nobunaga Oda.

Nobunaga, on the run from his keepers and wishing to rest because of his frailty, begs Saburou to take his place, as the two bears an uncanny resemblance.

Nobunaga Kyousoukyoku. Saburo has never taken an interest in history classes. He never saw the point of learning something that happened a few hundred years ago in the past, let alone some. When he falls off a wall, however, he travels through a wormhole and ends up in ancient Japan in the 16th century. He meets a very young Oda Nobunaga, one of Japan's most influential figures, who appears to be the same as Sabu. Saburo is forced to take his place by the real Nobunaga, who is sick of the castle life and wants to move. Without understanding how to get back to his time, Saburo is trying to ensure the notorious Oda Nobunaga doesn't rewrite history.
