Synopsis Otome Youkai Zakuro Manga

The Ministry of Spirit Affairs was formed in order to bridge the gap between humans and youkai. Military man Kei Agemaki is assigned to the new unit and appears to be the ideal candidate.

Now, the unlikely pair must work together to solve the spirit-related problems of the region to help improve human-Youkai relations, and perhaps help Agemaki overcome his crippling fear while they're at it.
